Sicknesses Children Are Prone To During Hot Weather


It is no secret that there is a lot of discomfort that comes with hot weather.  These discomforts if not properly handled well may cause sicknesses especially to children.

As adults,  we can easily sort ourselves out by either have a glass of water or staying in an airy place or taking a bathe when there is hot weather.  But unfortunately, children don't always have these
privileges in the sense that they might not be able to tell you what is wrong with them in terms of the discomfort they might be having. In trying to be too careful of not exposing them to enough air, one might actually be endangering them to illnesses without even knowing it.  cause some illnesses. For example,  One might think they are covered enough but still receiving fresh but deep down they are  actually feeling uncomfortable because of heat. 

There are sicknesses children are prone to have during hot weather and they are:

1) Chicken pox
2) Measles
3) Rashes
4) Cold- cough and catarrh.  You might say how? 
Now when a child is feeling hot,  he or she may tend to sweat a lot and if their clothes are not changed,  the heat will absorb in their bodies endangering them to cough and catarrh.

How to prevent this:
1) Regular intake of water
2) Putting on light clothes
3) Changing their clothes from time to time. 
4) Being in an airy place
5) Regular bathe time.
6) *** In take of fruits can also be helpful during this period. 

Be safe and keep your children safe as well.
