Friday Inspirations: Calm Down, Na Turn By Turn

This life na turn by turn (this life is turn by turn).

Can you remember those days when everyone in high school was going to college and you werent because no school accepted you or you didnt pass the entrance exam? But now you are not only a Bsc holder but also an Msc and a Phd holder. My dear this life na turn by turn.

Can you remember when everyone around you
was having boyfriends or girlfriends and you had no one to call yours?
But now, you don't just have a boyfriend/girlfriend, you are happily married. Life na turn by turn.

Can you remember when people made fun of you that you do not have a car to call your own and you were busy shuttling from one bus to the other? But now, you have fleet of cars to your name.
My dear, life na turn by turn.

Can you remember when those who got married with and after you were having their own children and you felt left out or something was wrong with you?
But now, you dont just have a child but 4 children who call you mummy.
My dear, life na turn by turn.

Remember when you werw umemployed and all your mates were gainfully employed? You went for interviews and you kept hearing "we will get back to you". You felt like all hope was lost.
But now, you work at one of the most sort after organisations in a managerial position. Or you own a fast growing business that you happen to be an employer of labour.
Hmmm, this really na turn by turn.

Can you remember when you were the only one amongst your friends to be living in a rented apartment or yet to own a land or a property. You became a topic for discussion but now, you own  landed property in almsot all states in your country.

Remember when your friends ran away from you or constantly hate hanging out with you because you were tagged "the beggar", "the one who always begs for money to feed".
But now, you have more than enough that you even feed the helpless.
Life na turn by turn.

Can you remember when you had that sickness that you felt worthless. Everyone at the hospital knew your name because you were a regular visitor there.
But now you haven't stepped your leg into any hospital for years because that sickness everyone knew you for is no where to be found.
Life truly na turn by turn.

So I ask you today, what is that thing that is making you cry, that is making you wet your pillow at night, that is making you develop High Blood Pressure?
My dear cry no more because life na turn by turn. Soon...very soon all those things that made you cry, worry and ashamed will become the things of the past. It is all a matter of time.

If you can remember this day then you will know that life na turn by turn
