We look at people or our mates and depression sets in because we haven't made it far enough the way we excepted or the way our mates are. 

We try but we still are not getting ahead compared to others. We sometimes consider ourselves a failure because of what we see or what others tell us or what they show us. Most times, these thoughts makes one depressed, anxious...you name it!
