To me, collarless shirts are the same thing as shirts with bishop collar necks. This type of shirt happens to be my all time favorite. I love wearing mine with a pencil/fitted skirt. This type of shirt requires little or no accessory to be worn with it. It is a direct definition of looking simple but effortless with your outfit.
You could wear it as a causal wear and at the time wear it as a corporate wear. It is a multiple purpose kind of shirt. The great thing I love about this shirt is that a man can wear it and look great in it, same thing goes for the women. You could wear it tucked it or flying out and you would still look like the King and Queen that you are.
