10 Foods Many Nigerians May Tag As ''Embarrassing To Eat'' But Are 100% Delicious

#Lifestyle

In this day and age when civilization has taken over, most Nigerins ''form'' not to eat or hate eating certain foods that will be mentioned later. Some will be ''forming'' that people they only know how to eat chicken and chips, joll of rice and fried/roasted chicken with salad, fried rice with fried plantain and fried chicken, pizza, sharwama etc *Smiles*

But a true Nigerian knows that these foods tastes so good! The taste takes you to heaven and back. When you are eating them, you feel as though there is no food that tastes better and they are:

1) Boiled yam with salted palm oil

Some may like to garnish the palm oil with onions as seen above and some may like to add little pepper but I love mine just like that. *Smiles*

2) Boiled yam with salted groundnut oil

3) Akara and bread

4) Akara and akamu (pap)

5) Akara and garri

6) White rice and salted groundnut oil

7) White rice and salted palm oil

8) Beans and garri

9) Garri and groundnut

10) Bread and groundnut

Those who came from humble beginnings will know more how delicious these foods tastes. But now that civilization or ''levels have changed'', these foods may now be embarrassing to be caught eating.
But there is nothing wrong with eating them once in a while or going back to your roots from time to time, is there?

Many might say ''well, they aren't healthy to eat''. I said ''well, you can eat them during your cheat day right'' (a post on cheat day here >>> ). Once in a while won''t hurt will it? *Smiles*
