It's no secret that the main ingredient needed in any food one cooks or eats is salt. This is because, no matter the ingredients used in preparing a meal and the time spent in preparing a meal, the absence of salt in that meal renders everything sort of useless... why? Because it lacks taste.

DeleteHmmmm, which way, I remember, growing up, I used to visit my mom's friend who own a clinic, each time I eat her food there's always no salt in it.
ReplyDeleteIn my subconsciousness, I think salt do more harm than good.
Perhaps, I should have asked her; why she doesn't use salt on her meal.
