How To Make Different Kinds Of Delicious Smoothies


Smoothies have been something I have always wanted to make but to make them, you need know to how to make them. Right? I have seen pictures and videos of people with smoothies and it really inspired me to want to make it even more.

Smoothies can be served as dessert, juice while eating and also as an ''on the go'' breakfast. The type of smoothie blender I love are those ones when you blend your smoothies in a small cup, you then remove the cup from the blender, cover it and you are good to go. That is, the small cup comes with its own cover (as you will be seeing below).

Below are guidelines or recipes on how to make some kinds of delicious smoothies. I hope you love them and I hope you get inspired by them. ENJOY!
Smoothie blender

P.S- You can actually blend your smoothies with any blender really.  

1) Strawberry Mango Spring Smoothie

- Blend 1 cup coconut milk, 1 banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen, 1 mango, skinned and chunked, 5 large strawberries hulled.
2) Strawberry-Banana Smoothie - Blend 1 banana, 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup each vanilla yogurt and milk, 2 teaspoons honey, a pinch of cinnamon and 1 cup ice.

3) Carrot-Apple Smoothie - Blend 1 cup each carrot juice and apple juice with 1 1/2 cups ice.

4) Peach-Mango-Banana Smoothie-  Blend 1 cup each chopped fresh or frozen peaches and mango, 1 cup each plain yogurt and ice, 1/2 banana, and sugar to taste.

Cherry-Vanilla Smoothie - Blend 1 1/2 cups frozen pitted cherries, 1 1/4 cups milk, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon almond extract, a pinch of salt and 1 cup ice.

6) Peanut Butter, Banana, and Chocolate Smoothie
- Blend 
1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 cup vanilla low-fat Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed, 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa, 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, bananas, broken into pieces and frozen and Whipped cream (optional)

7) Banana Smoothie
Banana Blend 2 bananas, 1/2 cup each vanilla yogurt and milk, 2 teaspoons honey, a pinch of cinnamon and 1 cup ice.

And the list goes on and on. This is just to inspire you to get started with making smoothies.
