Suicide is a topic many run away from or don't want to talk about. One of the most painful things to ever happen to anyone is to be told or to discover that a loved one took away his or her life.
There are times in our lives when we find ourselves in a very dark place/space. A place where we have no one to talk to or no one to confide in. There might be people to talk to but the fear is always, can they help? Will they understand? A place where everything looks as though there will never be a light at the end of the tunnel.
It might be that the one person you trusted cheated on you or it might as a result of failure, set backs, disappointments or being a disappointment, betrayals, humiliation, the death of a loved one, an addiction...and the list goes on and on.
Many atimes, you feel or believe that there is no place for you on earth any more or you might be thinking, ''no one will miss me when I am gone'', '' no one will care'', ''no one will shed a tear'', ''I am better off dead than continue living'', ''the pains I'm experiencing are too much for me to bear''. Why me? Why me?? Why me???
But my dear, I am happy to tell you that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Though you might not feel it, though you can't see it but there is a light at the end of this dark and lonely tunnel. And yes, you will be missed, your loved one will cry for you.
The sad and most dangerous thing is that the place where you will find yourself after committing suicide is...hell. This is because the creator of life who is God Almighty, states clearly that whoever takes away his or her own life is liable to hell fire.
Hell fire my dear. That place is 1,000,000 more dangerous, dark, scary, evil and lonelier than the place/space you find yourself. Why will you live earth to go to a place profoundly more dangerous?
You see, it won't be worth it. That means you have lost 2 times... Giving up on earth and ending up in hell.
Be that as it may, I want you to know one thing, YOU ARE NOT A LOSER BUT A WINNER, ABOVE ALL, YOU ARE A FIGHTER. I want to you to face your fears and punch them so hard that it will be extremely difficult for them to get back up.
''Whatever it is, Jesus is better''. You might be thinking where is Jesus? Where has God being all this while? I want you to know that God is right there with you. He is leading you straight to where the light at the end of the tunnel is. Do you know why? Because, He is that light at the end of the tunnel.
You just need to be still. Take a deep breathe and take one step at a time.
It might not be easy but you will eventually sparkle like a star that you are in the end.
So my dear, please fight that urge to take away your life. Bow your head and pray. Invite Jesus, the only one who can and will calm every storm in your life. Like Uche Ugo will say, ''whatever it is, Jesus is better''.

Awwwww. Inspiring. I alost walked this path before. Contemplated suicide but thank God for the hope and promise. The scripture is an eye opener.
