Day 18 Of The 28 Days Challenge Of Say NO To Fizzy Drinks, YES To Water!

Wow!!!! It's Day 18 already? 10 more days before we draw the curtain down to this challenge. Please kindly start making suggestions of what you feel or think our next challenge should be. 

So beautiful people, how was your Day 18 challenge? Was it a success? What are you noticing about yourself concerning this challenge? Did you take any fizzy drink today? Has your intake of water improved?

 My today's challenge wasn't really a success. I drank yoghurt today *coversface* 
As regards to the challenge, I am noticing that whenever I take a fizzy drink or have the thought of taking it, there is feeling of guilt. I also noticed
that my regular in take of water is making me not eat like I usually do.
My intake of water I won't say has improved because I drink lots of water in a day. I will say, it has being the same really.

  1. Mine was not successful thou,took some apple juice.actually do need these drinks for a moment,so i can get more better and

  2. Was sitting on my own jejelly, when this being came in me and asked; when last did you take sprite?!
    Shortly after, I jumped out of the gate and.....
    Oh no, not again.

    1. I know how this story ends... Lol
      Don't worry dear, you will be just fine. But you need to find the will to overcome it. Ok?
