Paw paw also called papaya is delicious fruit loved by many if not all. It is a multi purpose fruit. It can be used to garnish/beautify one's food, it can be included in one's fruit salad. It can be grilled as we will later see. You can take it in form of juice. Many atimes, we eat paw paw but fail to really understand the powerful health benefits what we are eating carries.  Aside from its delicious taste, Paw paw is a fruit that contains many health benefits that you never really thought of.
