Exercises That Helps Reduce Your Knee Fat

Knee fats aren't really something everyone wants. Sometime ago, I was watching a show that has to do with  models or girls been auditioned for a huge fashion event or something of that nature. And the guy that was selecting the best ladies for the job said something like this of this nature to one of the ladies been auditioned,  ''you are too young (I think the lady's age was below 25 or thereabout) to have a knee this fat or big...''. Which of course is somewhat embarrassing.

This really got me thinking and of course made me research more about it. No matter how much we decide to conceal our knee fat by maybe wearing pants (trousers) or long dresses or skirts, it still tends to show one way or the other. Sometimes, the breeze may not be friendly especially when you are wearing a dress or skirt.


The thing is, as we get older, we tend to notice some changes in our bodies and we need to continuously keep working on our bodies in the most healthy ways possible. Remember, what we eat also contribute to the changes we see in our bodies. As it was said on this post >>>  exercising does 40%  of the work while eating does 60%

P.S- Guys please pardon me that all the pictures used were women exercising. This is because, knee fat are mostly found among women. But if you have knee fat, because do oblige by doing any of the below exercises.

  3. My work requires me to stand most of the times, do I still need to exercise my legs when standing alone for a long time could make someone loss weight?
