Tights: A Must Have Accessory In Every Woman's Closest

Back to the post. Personally, I happen to be a huge fan of tights. I love it so much. It is actually one of the greatest accessories a woman can ever have in her closest. Before I explain what I mean by this let's try to define what a a pair of tights is/are.

''Tights is a woman's close-fitting garment made of nylon or other knitted yarn, covering the legs, hips and bottom'' (Google Dictionary). Tights are worn like pants (trousers) but it isn't pants it is like a socks that goes all the way to your waist.

Tights comes in different forms. There is:
- The light one: This is the type that is extremely transparent.
- The normal one- This is the type that it is a semi transparent and and a little bit thick.
- The semi- thick one- This is the type that is worn in a cold environment, depending on how cold the environment is. This can be worn in the fall when there is not much cold compared to winter.
- The thick one- This one is the type that is extremely thick. This is mostly worn during winter when the weather is very cold.

Tights are mostly worn for 3 reasons:
1) For fashion
2) To cover up skin i.e. when wearing a short dress, skirts or shorts.
3) For cold.

*Many atimes you just feel like spicing up your look, you wear tights and still look very classy- This is when tights are worn for fashion.
*To cover- I for one, I am not really a fan of short dresses or skirts etc. When I wear a dress or skirt above my knee length, I pretty much love wearing tights but still dress in such a way that I will still look and feel beautiful and also classy. *Winks* So tights pretty much helps you cover up yourself in the most decent and classy way possible.
*For cold- In countries where the weather is always very cold, one needs to remain covered up most times and tights are really a great way of doing that. Sometimes, when you do not feel like wearing jeans because of its thickness, your best bet is tights.

One of the great thing about tights is that  it can be worn anywhere and everywhere. You can wear it to work, to lunch, on a dinner date, to a wedding, to a graduation, for class, to the beach. Everywhere really.  Another great thing about tights, is that it can be worn by people of different age group- the young and old. Great Right?

As explained above, the light and normal tights can be worn for fashion.
The normal tights can be worn to cover up one's skin when needed.
While the semi thick and thick tights are worn for cold.
