Fun And Easy To Do Facial Exercises

Our face is the one of, if not the only place in our body that we do not really exercise. May be because we are not aware or we do not know the available facial exercises one can do or maybe because we just don't care.

Our face is among the few most sensitive parts of our body and, this of course requires us to be cautious on how we treat or take care of our faces. This doesn't mean that other parts of our bodies are not sensitive or we should not take care of them. Far from it.

To expand more on the above statement, for example, how we clean other parts of our bodies aside from our face is different from how we clean our face. We might scrub our bodies with a sponge but clean our face with a face towel or just wash our face with our hands (water and soap). Also, how you apply cream on our face is far different from how we apply cream on our body. We can use any direction we so please (either in an upward or downward direction) when applying cream on our bodies but when it comes to our face, we apply cream in an upward direction.

  3. The last 2 pictures of the lady who has blonde hair make me do not believe the result is from facial exercise. Exercise does make people look younger, but not like that.
