Body aches/pains can be so frustrating, painful and stressful. For example, there are times when you feel like vacuuming (or sweeping) your house, fixing something that requires bending or picking up (something) and then you experience this sharp pains in your lower back (waist). This automatically requires one to slowly (get back up) stand up.
However, I am glad to let you know that there are certain exercises that you can do to help reduce your waist pain. Of course, you need to see your doctor for check-ups or if after the exercise and the pain persists, then booking an appointment to see your doctor is the next and best option.
