Flu is an infectious disease. It is mostly contacted
during rainy reason or during winter or when the weather is cold in general. Flu drains ones strength and energy resulting in one being very inactive. used as an herbal remedy for fighting many sickness and diseases in the body,
including flu.

foods. It is used in making curry seasoning. Turmeric is also used as a
powerful anti-inflammatory medicine. It is also one of the flu fighting foods
available to man.
Berries- Everyone / most people
love berries. When next you are eating them, do have it in mind that you are
eating a fruit that helps fight flu.

serve as a remedy to stomach upset, bad breath, diarrhoea amongst others. Cloves
