Why You Need A Pair Of Sunglasses.

It is widely believed that sunglasses should only be worn when it is sunny, well that is why it is called sunglasses in the first place. However it is of great importance to make use of a pair of sunglasses even when it is not sunny. I know some of you will say, what on earth is she saying?  Lol (Laugh out loud).

Let me explain-

Not everyone’s means of transportation is a car/bus with AC (Air Conditioner) or a private jet where the windows of the vehicle must be wind-up. Some travel by buses (public transport), motorcycles, tricycles or even cars without ACs in them (which windows must be winged down for air to penetrate or circulate). When driving (or even if you are not the driver), dusts, sands or air pollution could easily enter into the eyes with or without you knowing and this damages the eyes.

Also, while walking on the road or just taking a stroll outside, sand, dusts, air pollution or bacteria could also enter into the eye. Some may say, that they do not want to look stupid cos it is not sunny and they will be wearing sunglasses, that they would be the only one wearing sunglasses on the road. Well, you know the reason why you are doing what you are doing. You are simply protecting your eyes from eye infection, eye irritation which could result in the early use of eyeglasses or coloured eye or eye operation amongst others. This is why, it is essential to keep the eyes protected with a pair of sunglasses.

Even when it is sunny, certain people occasionally fail to wear sunglasses. Sun rays also damages the eyes aside from dusts, sands, air pollution or bacteria. Sunglasses also help give clear eye sight while on the road. Rather than stressing the eye by squinting (which could lead to wrinkles around the eye) for you to see people from afar, posters, bill boards or oncoming vehicles, a pair of sunglasses can help you easily see whatsoever you want to see in front of you without having to stress the eye.

In no time, those you were worrying about that might think that you are stupid for wearing sunglasses while walking on the road when it wasn't sunny or in car with wind-down windows will join you in wearing one. You could also help educate others.
