10 Foods That Help Cure Headache

Headaches are frustrating. Headaches at times weigh one down and it discourages one from performing a particular task at that point in time. Headaches atimes prevents one from sleeping. After a very stressful/tiring/busy day one tends to have headache and sometimes even after taking the appropriate medicine or getting some rest the headache still persist. 
However, I have good news for you. Do you know that there are 10 foods that can help cure headache?

The foods are:




Cherries- We all love cherries because they taste so good. However, do you know that cherries can help fight headache? Now you know, whenever, you have a terrible headache go eat some cherries.

Coffee- Everyone or most people love drinking coffee. We drink coffee to help keep us warm and atimes to help prevent us from sleeping particularly when there is so much we need to get done. But I guess you never knew that coffee also helps in fighting headache, right? Now that you know, whenever you have headache, it is time you drink some.  


Salmon- Salmon is a name used for several kinds of fishes. It is seen as one of the healthiest food on earth. Salmon is used in making sushi or food in general. Salmon also helps in fighting headache. So whenever you have headache, do indulge in salmon.

Millet- Millets are grown around the world as grains or crops. This is also a good food that can help cure headaches which many do not know about.

Spinach- Spinach is also known to be one of the healthiest foods on earth. One of the great benefits of spinach that we never knew about is that it helps in fighting headache.

Spicy Salsa- This is a Mexican food which are made from fresh tomatoes. I guess you never knew that it can help cure your headache whenever you have one. Now that you know, whenever headache comes, you can indulge yourself in spicy salsa.

Corn- most people love corns, well, including me. We love eating corn but have never really discovered that the corn we love eating can also help us in fighting headache.

Watermelon- yum yum… Watermelon is an awesome fruit. It is a fruit with great taste, great juice and it also helps provide the body with fluid. Please do indulge in some watermelon when headache strikes.

Banana- It is a sweet fruit, a fruit you really cannot get tired of eating. When indulging in banana, also have it at the back of your mind that you are eating a fruit that helps fight headache.  

Flaxseed- Flaxseed is a fibre crop. It is also known to the one of the world’s healthiest foods. Well, I guess flaxseed isn’t known as one of the world’s healthiest foods for nothing. So whenever you have headache, you could help yourself out with some flaxseed.
