One Reason Why Sitting Has The Same Side Effect As Smoking

Earlier, a post was published here on the many reasons why we need to stand more. The post truly was an eye opener. Little did we know that 2 years later more on this will be talked about. 

As regards our health, we try as much as possible to run away from smoking or from an enviroment where there are people smoking. But we however fail to that we are actually do something that has the same side effect as smoking to our health. 

Many atimes we do this even without knowing either when you are busy at the office or reading or novel or reading for an exam or watching a movie/tv series etc. 

For this reason, it has been recommended for example when watching tv, we should try standing or move around during commericals and sit back down when whatever we were watching comes back on. 

...And if you are trying to lose weight, standing is one great way to do so. 

Please pass this message across to your friends, colleagues and loved ones. This can help save a life.
