Ladies, Are You Wearing The Right Bra?

#Inspiration #Fashion
This happens to be a post I published sometime in 2014. I was reading through it and I thought to myself that I need to republish it again. More girls and women need to be inspired by this vital information...including me.

I know that the men will be feeling left out. But you just never can tell. You could educate your wife, fiancee, girlfriend, sister, friend, colleague, aunt etc or direct them to this post. *winks*

Many a times we (ladies) focus on our outward appearance i.e. the right dress, the right top, the right skirt/pant/ the right shoes & bags, the right accessories or the right make-up and ignore the most important thing- our under garment. We most times fail to understand that if one isn’t wearing the right under garment perfect for her, her beautiful outfit might not look so beautiful after all.

Most times the secret to having a beautiful and flawless outfit lies in ones under garment and today
we will be focusing on how to know which bra is right for you.  Study shows that 80% of women are wearing the wrong bra.

Effects of wearing the wrong bra:

ð  Wearing the wrong bra makes ones breast sag faster.
ð  The wrong bra makes ones breast appear smaller than they actually is.
ð  The wrong bra makes one uncomfortable
ð  Wearing the wrong bra makes one breast move up and down when walking rather that it balancing on the chest.
As a lady this ought not to be so.

How to find out the bra which is right for you:

1) Know your bra size- This is not by you guessing, this is actually by you finding out.

For example say 34 is the measurement around your breast area and the C is your cup size, and then altogether your bra size is 34C.

The right bra should cover your whole breast, leaving nothing falling out or escaping from your bra.

2) Hanging-

The right bra when worn will not be hanging on your back rather it will just balance on your back.

3) Too tight/too loose-

The right bra ought not to be too tight/ too loosed. How do you check for this? Put your hand or a finger in between the band of your bra and draw it a little, if there is space then it is not too tight. Try same for the front area.

Also with the right bra, the hand of ones bra ought not to be too tight/too loosed to the extent that your shoulders hurt or your bra hands are pressed against your shoulders. It should not also be too loosed that sometimes your bra hand starts falling. The right bra hand just relaxes on your shoulder.

4) Adjusting your bra hand- when you have the right bra on, you do not need to make too much adjustment to the hand. A little adjustment and it will be just fine.

Having the right bra is not enough, you also need to know the right way to store/keep your bra. Storing ones bra rightly helps the bra maintain its effectiveness. Below is a picture of how you can store/keep your bra.
