Avocado pear is one fruit that is accessible to all if not most people in different parts of the world. It is one fruit that you just can never go wrong eating. I know many might say ''Chidinma, no one goes wrong eating fruits''.  I know that, but with the below health benefits, you will understand my statement better. But we also need to understand that there are some fruits you need to eat in  moderation. The case however is not the same with avocado pear. 

When trying to lose some weight, you know that you can substitute your butter with avocado pear right? Especially when eating it with bread.

Am sorry to say,but Avocado pear upset my stomach,just by perceiving the aroma.that why I hate it.not for me.
